At Obus, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in our unique, vibrant designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
